Prof. Annie Koh
Corporate & Partnership Advisor
Professor Annie Koh is Professor Emeritus of Finance (Practice) at Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University (SMU). She is a renowned conference speaker, panel moderator and commentator. In addition to being a member of the World Economic Forum Global Future Council on New Agenda for Work, Wages and Job Creation.
Annie also chairs the Asian Bond Fund 2 supervisory committee of the Monetary Authority of Singapore and serves on the Customs Advisory Council and HR Transformation Advisory Panel. She is currently a board member of Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd, PBA Group, AMTD International Inc., Prime US REIT and Prudential Assurance Company Singapore Pte Ltd. She previously served on GovTech, Singapore’s CPF, HMI and K1 Ventures boards.
Annie received a Ph.D. degree in International Finance with Fulbright scholarship from Stern School of Business, New York University in 1988. She has authored and co-authored several books on Financial Management and Business Growth Strategies. In recognition of her contribution to education and the public sector, she was awarded the bronze and silver Singapore Public Administration medal in 2010 and 2016 respectively, and the Adult Education Prism Award in 2017.
Henry J. Sienkiewicz
Chief Innovation & Revenue Officer
Henry J. Sienkiewicz is the former Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Designated Authorizing Authority (DAA) for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), the provider of information technology services for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), its mission partners, and the Executive Office of the President (EOP). In that role, he served as the senior decision authority and was personally liable for the cyber security posture of the DoD’s enterprise level networks and computing services, to include the White House Communications Agency (WHCA) and the Situation Room. Previously, he developed and introduced the cloud computing model to the US Defense Department and federal sector.
Henry is an adjutant faculty member at Georgetown University, focus on cyber security. Prior to joining federal service, Henry served as an executive with multiple technology companies, primarily in the travel industry.
Henry is a best-selling author in cyber security and philosophy; his works primarily concentrate on the intersection of technology and humanity. His most recent book is “The Art of Cyber Conflict,” an Amazon best-seller, is an unclassified, doctrinal piece that uses Sun Tzu’s “The Art of War” as a baseline to understand cyber. In 2013, ComputerWorld named Henry as a Premier100.
Daniel Collopy - Spruson & Ferguson
IP Advisor
In addition to extensive experience in transactions involving IP (including M&A, joint ventures, and IPOs), Daniel has prepared and/or prosecuted more than 300 patents in semiconductor technologies (including memory technologies and semiconductor processing), communication technologies, electric automobile engine control systems, avionics and other software / electronics / mechanical / design areas. He also initiated an Anti-Counterfeiting Program in Asia which consisted of conducting cooperative raids in Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea and Taiwan and working with local and federal governments in China, Australia, Singapore, and the US to stem the manufacture, sale and flow of counterfeit communication products.
Daniel has lectured on IP issues in Australia, England, India, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and the United States, and has been teaching classes in Singapore on patent law, the business of IP (IP valuation and monetization), and patent drafting and prosecution.
Daniel is a member of the International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys (FICPI) and is currently serving on the Study & Work Commission 10 (IP Valuation & Licensing).
Rami Efrati
Cybersecurity Advisor
Brig. Gen. (Res.) Efrati has served in the Israel Defense Forces for more than twenty-eight years. He commanded numerous prestigious operational and technological positions in Military Intelligence and received the Creative Thinking Award from the Director of Military Intelligence.
Mr. Rami Efrati, is an expert in Cyber Strategic Methods and has many years of experience in anti-terrorism, Cyber and Intelligence Technologies. He is one of the founding members and former Head the Civilian Division of the Israel National Cyber Bureau in the Prime Minister’s Office. In this capacity, he raised Israel to a leading position in the civilian aspects of global cyber-security, brought multi-national companies to open cyber R&D centers in Israel. Mr. Efrati has leveraged the existential cyber-threat to Israel, into a unique business opportunity encouraging the development of a large cyber ecosystem supporting hundreds of new cyber related startups.
Mr. Efrati is currently involved in international level strategic projects for cyber- security and innovation. He is also the Associate in the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism (ICT) at the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzelia (IDC), a place he shares his unique experience in the cyber terror world. Mr. Efrati is also a guest expert and lecturer in the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP) and a Senior Cyber Fellow in Yuval Ne’eman Workshop for Science, Technology and Security in Tel-Aviv University.
Ted Tan

Ted Tan has extensive experience in establishing strategic partnerships, building high performance organisations and growing successful enterprises. Ted brings to boards more than 30 years of experience in leadership, mentoring, profit and loss responsibility, governance, risk management and building high performance organizations.
In the Singapore Ministry of Trade and Industry, Ted played an important role in establishing strategic partnerships to help innovative start-ups and high-potential enterprises grow into globally competitive companies.
For 18 years in the private sector prior to joining the Singapore public service, Ted was the CEO and Managing Director of several U.S. and UK companies. At GE Information Services, he was awarded the Markmakers Award 3 times for achieving the Top 1% sales in Asia Pacific. Ted had turned around a British telecommunications equipment company within 1 year and was featured as “the young dynamos that Asia needs.” He was involved in a few mergers and acquisitions and was instrumental in the public listing of a fintech company.
He is a Board Director of SEEDS Capital, an investment arm of Enterprise Singapore, with a portfolio of innovative deep tech startups.
Ravi Agarwal

He played a pivotal role as General Manager of Intel Japan, shaping the Intel brand through the world-renowned “Intel in it” initiative, which ultimately led to the worldwide “Intel Inside” campaign. He also spearheaded the company’s entry into China, playing a critical role in its development into a multi-billion dollar business by establishing a robust ecosystem and elevating brand awareness. Heading Microsoft’s MNC group in Asia, Ravi drove exponential business growth in India and key Southeast Asian markets.
